Schedule:
You will be emailed a form to submit your availability each week. Lineups will be sent out prior to the upcoming week. You can also access the signup form through the link on the members only page.
Check the Spreadsheet via the link shown on the members only page to confirm rows. If you need to cancel after submitting your form, use the sign up form and check the dates that you need to cancel, write "cancel" in the comments box and re-submit the form. If you must cancel on short notice (less than 24 hours), please contact Jana (scheduling coordinator). You may be asked to find a substitute from the team roster.
IMPORTANT: Please check the spreadsheet on Mondays to confirm your placement for the coming week. If you are on the list for a CONFIRMED row, we are counting on you to turn up at the designated time! It's also a good idea to check the spreadsheet the day before a row to confirm the time, as the schedule is sometimes adjusted for various reasons related to equipment, personnel, weather, etc.
